Laurel Aldridge is a 50-something year old, married for 33 years to her favourite Englishman, mom to 3 adult children and grandma to the 3 best grandchildren. She has lived in many places in Canada and the world and currently resides in Mitchell, Ontario in a converted schoolhouse.
As an autodidact, which helped while homeschooling her kids, Laurel loves learning new things. She encountered the Enneagram about ten years ago and has been working with it ever since, earning her teacher certification in 2023. In that time she also trained as a holistic nutritionist and, proudly, certified as a yoga instructor. The Enneagram gave language to Laurel and her family as they have done the hard work of inner growth; it has helped them strengthen their relationships and deepen self-awareness. The impact she has seen on her family of origin has strengthened her respect for the system.
