Terry Young has over forty years of leadership experience in organizations of various sizes and in different locations throughout Canada.
His doctoral work (PhD) was on holding environments for leaders and the need for all leaders to have a secure base from which to live and lead. He is dedicated to encouraging and inspiring leaders towards wise, calm, and healthy engagement on the front line of their work in the world.
Terry has just released his first book, The Basecamp Manifesto, which focuses on the kind of relationships that can save our lives and leadership in a scrambled world.
Terry is married to Maureen and together they have a tribe of four grown children. He has three daughters-in-law named Kristen and ten amazing grandchildren.
