"Handling the Unexpected"

Events

Larry Law, an architect by training, has led since 1988 his group of companies to build over 3,000 homes in Canada. One of his signature projects is the Cornell community he developed in Markham in 1997 as a master developer. The project consists of 1,200 acres of land and 10,000 homes for 40,000 residents. His vision at the time was to turn Cornell into a “new urbanist” community.

Since 1992, Larry has focused his energy and investments in Living Water Resorts (formerly known as Cranberry Resort), Collingwood, Ontario. Through Living Water Resorts, he envisions to create a fun and caring community for his staff, customers, and the local community. He strongly believes that it’s the people who can help make the difference.

For the last 30 years, Larry’s career journey has evolved from an award-winning home builder to a passionate community builder - using his successful business and the blessings showered upon him to help build up more people and to glorify God.
